"Anita Slaven, Century 21 Premier, recently handled the sale of our home. Although I am sure she gives all of her clients the same level of service, I really felt she went above and beyond with all aspects involved in the process.
Anita was very thorough and detailed explaining everything that would be involved in selling our home. She did an excellent job of obtaining information on comparable homes and suggesting an initial selling price. Once on the market, she kept us informed of inquiries and feedback in a very timely manner. She worked with us very closely on strategy for when and by how much to lower price as she closely watched the market. She was very patient with our numerous questions along the way.
With each inquiry, she really tried to understand the potential buyers needs and wants and tried to point out things about our home that she thought would really get the attention of the potential buyer and/or their representative Realtor. She worked diligently with the other Realtors in all negotiations ensuring that she was able to provide us with timely feedback.
We really appreciated the time and attention Anita devoted to ensure the sale of our home. She also represented us in buying a new home, in which she provided the same level of extraordinary service.
